Kiwi Canine will replace any product that states ‘One time Replacement Guarantee’ purchased through Kiwi Canine. The destroyed product must be returned to us to forward to the manufacturer.

This guarantee is valid for 30 days for those products that state it from SodaPup, for 90 days from date of purchase for those products that state it from PlanetDog, WestPaw and Beco and for 9 months for those products that state it from GoughNuts and RuffDawg.

If your dog is a really tough chewer, you might as well skip Beco, PlanetDog and WestPaw and go straight to GoughNuts or RuffDawg's Indestructibles, but if your dog is a regular chewer you should give those first ones a try. SodaPup is also really tough and at the same time still chewy, so a good in-between option between tough and toughest.

But what if the GoughNuts toys are so tough that my dog actually ends up not being into it?

That has happened to a couple of clients before. Even though their dog is a super tough chewer, they never ended up chewing on the GoughNuts toy which is of course very disappointing to their parents. Therefore we have added the following offer: If your dog has no interest in the GoughNuts toy whatsoever, you can send it back within the first month of purchase and if it is still in 'as new' condition we will issue a store voucher for 80% of the toy's price.
