Refund policy
We will gladly assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@kiwik9.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll go through instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. But also please be in touch if the item is still unused and you'd like to discuss an exchange of something.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act and we pride ourselves in great customer service.
Harnesses need to be unworn (trying on in dry, clean conditions is acceptable), unwashed, unused and in their original condition with all tags intact in order for pieces to be replaced if sizing was incorrect. Kiwi Canine needs to be informed of incorrect sizing within 10 days of receiving the harness.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
