In accessing the website, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. For downloadable handouts and factsheets, permission is granted for one copy to be printed per owner for personal use. Handouts and factsheets cannot be altered, modified or reworded for further distribution. Photographs, video or any graphics cannot be used without the accompanying text or without obtaining the permission of the copyright holder. Material from this website is for personal use only and is not to be redistributed. To our knowledge the products and services sold or promoted via this website are to promote only kind, fair and effective methods. We do not intend to endorse any material that advocates the use of punishment or harsh methods. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, Apply Pay and POLi. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. GST is included in the price of the product. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in New Zealand dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Custom Orders

Orders of harnesses and muzzles receive a form that needs to be filled in within 21 days of placing the order. If Kiwi Canine is not supplied with all required information within that timeframe (reminders will be sent), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it, excluding a 10% admin fee.

Sit Happens Special

Local Christchurch orders are free for Sit Happens clients on orders over $50 if the code has been provided. Available in Online Store only.

Thank You Voucher Special

Active from 26 Nov 2021, 10% off selected products if code has been provided. Can be shared with friends. One-time-use per customer. Available in Online Store only. Valid until 31 Dec 2024.

Active from 20 May 2024, $10 off next order over $100 if code has been provided. One-time-use per customer. Available in Online Store only. Can only be used in combination with email address that had placed the original order.
