Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

🚚 Dispatch Times

All orders are shipped from Christchurch via NZ Post courier:

  • Same or next business day dispatch for standard orders.
  • Subscription, customised, or preorder items may have different timelines—please refer to the individual product descriptions for details.

🏠 Click & Collect (Christchurch Only)

Click & Collect is available from Burwood, Christchurch.

  • Select “Click & Collect” at checkout.
  • You’ll receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Shipping Costs (NZ Orders)

Urban Shipping

  • Free on orders over $100.
  • Orders between $75–$100: Shipping is capped at $3.50.
  • Orders between $50–$75: Shipping is capped at $5.
  • Orders under $50: Shipping is based on parcel size and destination—you’ll see a quote after entering your address at checkout or your postcode in the shipping estimator underneath the cart.

Rural Shipping

  • Add $5.50 to the applicable urban rate.
  • South Island rural orders between $100–$130: Flat rate of $5.50.
  • North Island rural orders between $100–$150: Flat rate of $5.50.
  • Free shipping applies above those rural thresholds.

Local Canterbury Rates

  • Orders under $50: Shipping is based on parcel size—you’ll see a quote after entering your address at checkout or your postcode in the shipping estimator underneath the cart.

  • Urban Canterbury orders over $50 (and under $100): Flat rate of $3.50.
    Or free with code CHCH50.
  • Free urban shipping on orders over $100.

  • Rural Canterbury orders over $50: Shipping is capped at $8.50.
  • Rural Canterbury orders over $100 (and under $130): Flat rate of $3.50.
  • Free rural shipping applies above $130.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

  • Most parcels are delivered within 1–2 business days after courier pickup.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier service.
    • Even if your parcel is showing as 'delayed' on NZ Post’s tracking system, please still get in touch with us. NZ Post may be aware of the issue, but it's best that we follow up directly on your behalf to help get things moving.

📦 Issues with Delivery

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if items are missing or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.
  • Delivery issues must be lodged within 21 days of dispatch for us to file a claim with our courier partner.

🇦🇺 Shipping to Australia

We also ship to Australia! Please note:

  • Not all products are available for international shipping—only eligible items will appear when your location is set to Australia.
  • Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable.
