The ‘One time Replacement Guarantee’ is per household and per toy design, not per purchase. Kiwi Canine reserves the right to issue a credit, replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. Products purchased can only be exchanged for the exact same item if it is covered by the One-time Exchange program and the product is available. The destroyed product must be returned to Kiwi Canine. This guarantee is valid for 9 months from date of purchase. Customers will be responsible to bear the shipping cost for the exchange items. |
