Kiwi Canine reserves the right to issue a credit, replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. Products purchased can only be exchanged for the exact same item if it is covered by the One-time Exchange program and the product is available. The destroyed product must be returned to Kiwi Canine. With the Encapsiscent Technology, the all-natural scent is embedded throughout the material of each toy, so no need to worry about washing away the scent your pup loves. Just rinse with warm water to clean and pat dry. Or place on the top rack of your dishwasher—no detergent required! Use a gentle or air-dry cycle to clean and refresh the toy for your pet’s next play session.
No toy is indestructible. Regularly inspect for rips or tears, as damaged toys can harm your pet. Remove and discard damaged products immediately. Choose a toy appropriately sized for your dog, and remove all packaging before use.
Milo and Jamie love squeaky time. It’s usually when we get home from work. If we delay, we are reminded - vociferously. It's a winner in our household. Its been used for fetch, tug and chewing, and is coping well with everything. The squeaker isn't too high pitched, so the humans approve as well.

This is the only toy that our aging Bull Mastiff will pick up and play with - no encouragement needed. He lives the squeak and I love the fact that he hasn't destroyed it. Six months of fun and still going!
