Products purchased can only be exchanged for the exact same item if it is covered by the One-time Exchange program and the product is available. The destroyed product must be returned to Kiwi Canine. The RuffDawg started out fun, but as soon as our 9-month-old Staffy figured out how to get a good grip on it, he chewed a massive hole in it. This happened on the very first morning we had it.
We also purchased a Goughnut in the same order, and if you have a Staffy, I would 100% recommend that instead. Itās been a few days now and thereās no damage at all. (We will be purchasing again!)
The RuffDawg is still a fun toy if your dog enjoys chasing (itās super bouncy!) and isnāt a heavy chewer or determined to destroy toys.

My foster puppy has a strong jaw and chews chunks off most things, but this is holding up well. I think the unusual shape makes it interesting for her to play with. It bounces well so she enjoys me throwing it for her as well as just playing alone with it.

So much fun for my dog! Its unpredictable, erratic bounces, and its tough but springy consistency, provide her with abundant challenge and entertainment. Highly recommend this durable toy.
