These are nice. Definitely a good idea.

The effectiveness of this product is going to depend entirely on the mindset of the population in the area where you live. Unfortunately, the people in my area seem to go about life with their eyes closed. A yellow ribbon tied to a leash or collar is ignored. These lead slips have been ignored. I've ordered and am waiting on hi-vis doggie vests, but if they're ignored too, I'm going to be at a bit of a loss.

Now, I did I stitch the lead slips I have to my dogs' leashes. I found with the first one I bought that prolonged use can cause the fabric to become soft and bunch a little, making the writing harder to read. A couple of stitches at the top and bottom of the lead slip to anchor the ends in place to the leash prevent the fabric from bunching entirely, leaving the lettering as easy to read as ever.

Since I started using my lead slip my dog's training has majorly improved, as he now get's the space he needs in new situations. Thanks guys!

I got the In Training lead slip for our yellow lab puppy who is super cute so people think they can just come up and pat her. She looooves people and jumps up (training is a work in progress!). It has been so helpful for making (most!) people think twice about coming up to her without asking. They often think she’s a guide dog in training but if they ask what’s she’s in training for I say “to be a good dog”.
