The ‘One time Replacement Guarantee’ is per household and per toy design, not per purchase. Kiwi Canine reserves the right to issue a credit, replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. Products purchased can only be exchanged for the exact same item if it is covered by the One-time Exchange program and the product is available. The destroyed product must be returned to Kiwi Canine. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Customers will be responsible to bear the shipping cost for the exchange items. |

My boy is a super chewer! When the extra tough black Kong succumbed within a day, I emailed for some advice, and the service I received was exceptional. Daniel was amazingly patient with my (many!) emails when trying to decide on the best replacement. He really took the time to understand my requirements and my dog's needs. Even took product photos so I could see the comparisons in size etc! All that to say - we ended up getting the black Sodapup Can and it's a definite hit!! It's flexible but tough, fits lunch inside, can go in the freezer, has no teeth marks or splits yet, and best of all takes him AGES to empty.

Lisa recommended this toy for our girl, Brixton's, dinnertime enrichment! She has pretty much destroyed any toy or feeder she's been given within a few short hours but, so far, this can is holding strong! I love that it has a larger interior space than a Kong, which means I can feed her nearly her whole dinner in there if it suits and it takes her so much longer to finish up.
