The ‘One time Replacement Guarantee’ is per household and per toy design, not per purchase. Kiwi Canine reserves the right to issue a credit, replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. Products purchased can only be exchanged for the exact same item if it is covered by the One-time Exchange program and the product is available. The destroyed product must be returned to Kiwi Canine. This has been great to keep our 11 week old pup busy on his bed whilst visiting the local Cafe or when friends have visited. His tongue can't quite reach the bottom yet so we have to help him along a bit but it won't be long before it does!

Max struggles with the logistics of a lot of toys that you can fill with spreads, but the small Tux is perfect for him - challenging but not impossible for him and his short face
