Kiwi Canine will replace any product that states ‘One time Replacement Guarantee’ purchased through Kiwi Canine. The ‘One time Replacement Guarantee’ is per household and per toy design, not per purchase. Kiwi Canine reserves the right to issue a credit, replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. Products purchased can only be exchanged for the exact same item if it is covered by the One-time Exchange program and the product is available. The destroyed product must be returned to Kiwi Canine. This guarantee is valid for 90 days from date of purchase. Customers will be responsible to bear the shipping cost for the exchange items. |
